The Role

1-5 PQE Commercial Lawyer to join Legal 500 & Chambers team in Bristol Top 100.

Due to continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial lawyer to join a globally recognised team in Bristol.

With an integral role in the team, you will advise on software, hardware, maintenance and support contracts, escrow, cloud solutions and services agreements, whilst working on the full spectrum of data protection and privacy matters, including international data transfers, GDPR compliance and e-communications.

You will also be required to deal with general commercial arrangements in sectors such as services, hospitality, media, manufacturing and retail, including the supply of goods and services, standard terms and conditions, e-commerce, supply chain and commercial outsourcing.

The Commercial and IP team is the go-to within the technology sector, aiding startups to international conglomerates on their ongoing business needs, being seen as key partners to their continued success.
