Your natural instinct will be to work as part of a team and to support colleagues to achieve their goals in the pursuit of your own success. This is not to be viewed as an ‘end of career' move for someone looking to wind down – this is suited to someone with ambition, drive and a continual hunger to succeed, and will be encouraged and supported for continual growth.
