IP Lawyer, Perm, Multi Location, Competitive Salary

Your new company
Leading Global organisation is looking to recruit an experienced IP Lawyer to its highly respected In House team in Birmingham.

Your new role
You will be advising on IP and Tech aspects of all relevant contracts including drafting and editing where appropriate. You will also be expected to negotiate and on occasion, lead those negotiations on IPR clauses, agreements and licences alongside advising on the IP Tech aspects of research projects and commercial projects.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK Qualified Solicitor with at least +5 years PQE. Whilst being commercially minded, you will need strong, relevant experience to deal with IP based issues, risks and opportunities.
