COMMERCIAL LITIGATION
Commercial litigation solicitor is required by this top 50 UK law firm.
Role Overview
The team acts for corporate and public sector clients in relation to commercial disputes. You would be expected to assist on the more complex cases and handle your own caseload to enable you to build up your technical knowledge.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a commercial litigation solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in civil litigation. Ideally at an established regional or national firm's commercial litigation team.
- Newly qualified candidates will be considered.
- Willingness to get involved in developing the department and client relationships.
- Commercial awareness.
