The Role

The firm is looking to bring a Professional Support Lawyer on board to strengthen their Commercial team. You will work closely with their respected team in Manchester, who handle a broad range of high-value, complex matters on behalf of a client base that ranges from SMEs to PLCs.

You will lead on the professional development activity within the Commercial team, ensuring fee earners' knowledge is up to date, and their processes are as efficient as possible. You will ensure that the quality of service that the firm's clients have come to expect remains high and will work on a strategic level with the Partners to grow their Lawyers confidence and skill base.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE; however, the role would suit senior lawyers who are looking to take on more of a development / strategic role

• You will need to demonstrate high intellect with a pragmatic and commercial approach
• Be confident in your approach, as the work is high profile and complex
