They are an entrepreneurial firm with an international reach who have put in place strategic growth plans, including Cambridge, one of their newer offices. The firm are offering something fresh to the Cambridge market, they have already onboarded leading Lawyers from City, Top 200 UK & Legal 500 backgrounds and this success is set to continue.

The firm tend to develop their own organically however, this position has been created due to a significant increase in work, offering the right individual an exciting caseload and outstanding short and long-term progression.

The Role

The firm are seeking to hire Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding Cambridge Office.

The Head of Corporate has created a 5 Year business plan and for this reason, they are seeking high calibre, driven and entrepreneurial Lawyers to help them implement this, and ensure future growth for the Corporate team.

The team are recognised for their work, and well known within specific sectors, this includes working with rapidly expanding and emerging businesses. It is due to this ongoing success, and consistent incoming work that they are now looking to strengthen the department further.

They are already considered one of the "go-to" Corporate firms in Cambridge and across the UK; leveraging off their international presence for well known businesses and household names.

This is a rare opportunity to join this firm in an exciting period of growth, working with an interesting portfolio of entrepreneurial clients. This is an M&A focused role where you will be responsible for working autonomously on your own caseload of matters including M&A transactions, and alongside Partners on larger and more complex matters.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 1 PQE +
• Your experience gained should be from a leading City, Top 200 UK or L500 Recognised firm.
• Happy to work autonomously on smaller transactions, and alongside Partners on larger and more complex matters
