Junior Corporate Lawyer

We are working with a leading Corporate practice in Manchester in a top 50 UK law firm who would like to add a junior lawyer to their team.

You will be someone who thrives on the excitement of an M&A deal and who has a strong understanding of the commercial issues around what the client is wanting to achieve.

In return, you will be working for one of the leading corporate practices in the UK. The team handles big-ticket M&A, private equity and private capital markets deals.

This is an opportunity to work across a wide breadth of corporate transactions under the guidance of some of the market's leading Corporate Partners.

You will already be a junior corporate lawyer and be ambitious to advance your career working on some of the most challenging and satisfying corporate deals.
