Residential Conveyancer| Chester
Are you a Residential Conveyancer looking for a new opportunity?
My client, a Legal 500 firm, provides a range of high-quality legal services to both individuals and business clients across its offices and they are keen to expand their successful law firm with a Residential Conveyancer for their Chester office.
This Residential Conveyancer role will consist of handling a full caseload of Freehold and Leasehold Property matters from inception to completion whilst working in a team.
To be considered for this Conveyancer position you must have a minimum of 12 month's experience as a Fee earner within a Residential Property Department ideally qualified either as a solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer but not essential.
The salary on offer for the successful Residential Conveyancer is dependent upon previous experience but competitive with onsite parking, 27 days holiday available plus multiple other staff benefits.
