Job Details
Clayton Legal are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established law firm who are the North West hub for this expanding law firm across the UK.
They are looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancer to come on board and handle a caseload of Residential matters through to completion.
The ideal candidate must hold at least 2yrs experience as a Conveyancer and comfortably hold the ability to run own files with minimal supervision but also with the support of an assistant.
To be considered candidates must contain the willingness and motivation to development a larger team and grow the department even further. Ideal for someone looking to expand and build on their supervisory/management skill set.
Knowledge and experience of leasehold, sale, purchase, new leases and enfranchisement, transfers of equity, Re-mortgages and mortgage work associated with purchases. Some commercial property work, such as shops with apartments, or individual Leases or purchases for SMEs although experience in this area is not essential as others in the business can assist.
Salary range on the role ranges from £30k-£42k and is dependent on experience level, remote working is also currently on offer.
