Employment Solicitor | Up to £35,000 | Liverpool or Wirral
The Firm:
My Client is a nationally recognised practice who are renowned for their expertise in Personal Injury, Employment Law, Foreign Injuries and even catastrophic events.
Duties & Responsibilities
This is a rare opportunity to work in an exclusively Claimant-focused environment and we are particularly interested in applications from confident self-starters who are not afraid to hit the ground running. The firm with very high-quality variety caseloads and have grown steadily over the past few years. As a result of our success, we are now looking for a Solicitor/Fee Earner with experience of working in a fast paced, cost driven environment.
- Providing advice on employment law issues
- Settlement agreements
- Drafting of policies and contracts
- Disclosures
- TUPE
- Undertaking Advocacy at the Employment Tribunals
- Stress at work
- Unfair Dismissals
Key Skills & Experience
The firm is looking for a proactive Employment Solicitor with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships with a strong commercial mind set. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can manage their own caseload with light supervision.
It would be beneficial if the candidate has high level of academic attributes, a driven and professional manner, with bags of enthusiasm and strong organisational skills.
Advocacy is a strong advantage; it would be advantageous for you to have at least 1 year PQE or relevant previous experience within a respondent environment.
Benefits:
- Salary is DOE but in the region of £30,000 - £35,000.
