Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

A well-established Merseyside firm are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their friendly team.  

Working as part of the firm’s accredited conveyancing department, you’ll take over a full caseload of varied residential conveyancing files which you'll run from instruction to completion with full administrative support.

Working as part of a busy conveyancing team, you will be responsible for progressing and handling a varied but manageable caseload of residential conveyancing files involving leasehold, freehold and new build properties as well as remortgages 
You’ll be supported by the firm’s post-completion team and new business team

The ideal candidate 

An experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Will have experience running a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion and be well-versed in sales, freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, shared ownership and new build purchases 
Will be confident liaising with both individuals and businesses 

Will be self-motivated and have excellent organisational and time management skills 
Will be committed to providing a high level of customer service
