CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR/ASSOCIATE - An exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Construction Solicitor with senior experience at a thriving top tier firm.
LITIGATION PARTNERCONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR/ASSOCIATE (4+PQE)
I have been instructed by a top tier law firm to recruit a new member of staff for their Construction team to act for the full range of clients involved in the construction process including owners/occupiers, their investors and funders, developers, contractors, consultants and subcontractors.
A big part of the role will be to develop business by winning new clients and seeking out new work from existing clients for self and others and perform fee earning work accurately, reliably and offer excellent client relationship building.
For this role, someone who does both non-contentious and contentious construction experience will be needed in addition to having a keen interest in business development and developing yourself, and the more junior fee earners in the team.
