Salary - Dependent on experience

We are currently working with an excellent regional firm based in Swindon that is looking for an experienced Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team. 

It is essential you have experience in a similar role dealing with a real mixture of litigation areas. This may include Debt Recovery, Landlord & Tenant, Wills, trusts and inheritance disputes, possession claims, and property disputes. 

The role will be a real mixed bag of cases and you will need to be capable of dealing with both civil and commercial.

The role will suit a newly qualified solicitor or above, and they are open to your PQE level as long as you have had previous extensive experience in a similar role and are confident servicing claims. 

The role will be based at the Swindon office where parking is nearby.
