* You will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least two years' experience within Residential Property (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
* You will have a strong background in Residential Conveyancing including sales & purchase, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
* Strong relationship building skills with both clients and colleagues
* Able to undertake marketing and business development to contribute to profitability
