An international commercial law firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join them as an Associate 

In this role, you’ll work as part of a Tier 1 corporate team and undertake a caseload of mergers and acquisitions and investment matters.  

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor who would like to work alongside experts in their field, handle high quality work and develop their career. 

Corporate Associate Solicitor - Liverpool  The company & role 

    A very well-renowned firm with offices across the UK, Europe and Asia 

    Working as part of a national corporate team, you’ll work on mergers or acquisitions or disposal transactions and investment matters primarily, but will also be involved in general corporate work including shareholders’ agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and limited liability partnership agreements 

    You will also be expected to contribute to business development and tenders 

    The firm won the award for ‘Best UK Employer for Flexible Working in 2020’ and offer their lawyers a range of flexible working and home working options 

    They also work with Stonewall, the Social Mobility Foundation, The Black Solicitors Network and are members of Working Families 

    Commutable from: Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, Stockport, Warrington and High Peak

The ideal candidate 

    An enthusiastic Corporate Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE 

    Will have proven experience of corporate transactional work 

    Will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal 

    Will be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues 

    Will be well-organised and have very good attention to detail 

    Will be able to work flexibly and proactively
