The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Residential Conveyancer to join their Cambridge Office.

You will be working within one of the regions strongest Real Estate Teams and will play a pivotal role working on a varied caseload meanwhile supporting the Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.

They are looking for a motivated Associate or Senior Associate with team leader capability to manage their own caseload including:

• Buying & Selling
• Transfer of Equity
• Mortgages and Remortgages
• and Tenancy agreements

This firm attract a high-end client base which includes investors, developers, high net worth individuals and Property companies from Cambridgeshire and beyond, so you must be confident in speaking with clients and ambitious to develop business.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX or Conveyancer, 2PQE +
• There is no upper limit in PQE
