Commercial Contracts Locum Lawyer (Remote)

Remote working Commercial Contracts Lawyer sought by a recruitment tech business 3-4 day week fine.

Looking for short term locum support, but may also consider someone on a locum to permanent basis.

Work will involve drafting, review, negotiation of all contracts including client agreements and supply contracts. Responsible for matters relating to data protection, legal compliance, internal audits, company insurances and employee documents. Document drafting: NDAs, variations, novation agreements, waivers and employee documents, Advice - shape, structure and set up of commercial / procurement contracts. Informing of legislative changes and being involved at a senior level with implementation of any changes required. Presenting at monthly senior management team meetings, creation and circulation of legal monthly updates, reviewing internal policies and employee documents and updating these where required. Performing internal audits and taking responsibility for external audits for ISO standards, advising on Data Protection matters to stakeholders and the IT department. Experience or interest in the Public Sector is beneficial as well as experience of public authority procurement, including outsourcing and insourcing agreements, hardware, software, SaaS agreements, services agreements and using technology to assist with contract management.

The company work Monday - Friday 8:45 to 17:30, but some flexibility is possible.
