This opportunity is well suited to an experienced and ambitious Lawyer looking to fast track their career with a leading regional heavyweight in Suffolk.

They are offering full support, and autonomy, leading to a Head of Corporate Commercial position in the near future. In line with further expansion; this highly regarded firm are seeking an ambitious Solicitor, to join the team.

The Partners have been successful in attracting a range of high quality Corporate Commercial work into the firm, and in line with further planned growth, they are looking to hire an individual looking to further expand this offering to ensure its future success.

The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer in Bury St Edmunds

You will work alongside the experienced Partners on a range of Corporate Commercial matters. The firm are planning significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive, ambition and experience to lead the team in the near future.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including:

  • Commercial contracts
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Corporate transactional work
  • Terms of sale and purchase
  • and corporate finance.

This role with play a significant role in developing the team further so there is progression to Partnership on offer also.

There are a number of financial incentives on offer including discretionary bonus and a further bonus on work generated, with the potential for this to be a lucrative role.

Requirements

  • You will be an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 3 PQE +
  • (There is no upper limit in PQE)
  • This position is also open Solicitors or Legal Executives
  • It is also open at Partner level
  • You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
  • A strong regional reputation and contacts is highly advantageous
