The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate into their office near Brentwood.

You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Corporate Commercial matters. The firm are planning significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive, ambition and experience to lead the team alongside the other Partners.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including:

• M&A
• Partnership and Shareholder agreements
• Drafting and reviewing terms and conditions
• Commercial contracts.

This team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of clients throughout Essex and East London.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 2 PQE +
• (There is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
• A strong regional reputation and contacts is highly advantageous
