Our client is a busy multi-site legal practice which has a service offering to both commercial clients and also private individuals, and has invested substantially in its growth over the last couple of years.

They are looking to make a new appointment into Real Estate for a candidate with upwards of 3 years PQE in property. The successful candidate must have solid experience in all aspects of Commercial Property work, experience within Agricultural Property is desirable but not essential.

Business development is a core part of the role. Associates or junior Partners from firms within the region are very welcome to apply, and remuneration will be according to your offering. A great benefits package is on offer alongside this which includes free parking, competitive holiday allowance and private healthcare.

Whilst the role can be based in Teesside or Newcastle this is a trans-office role and the successful applicant will need to be able to travel around the North East to meet client needs. This firm has fully adapted to the new way of working and can offer the successful candidate part home working if needed.
