The Role:

The firm is now looking for an ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join their respected Dispute Resolution team in their Bolton office.

You will be surrounded by heavy-hitting Lawyers that will give you an unrivalled level of exposure to complex matters, allowing you to sharpen your technical ability. You will handle a broad range of disputes, including contract disputes, general commercial disputes, professional negligence, building disputes, land disputes, and landlord & tenant disputes. This variety will make for an exciting and challenging caseload.

This is a senior role in the team, and the firm is looking for its future leaders. You will receive a significant amount of investment and support to achieve your professional goals and career aspirations. There are genuine Partnership prospects in a relatively short period.

Requirements:

* You will be a Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
* You will have experience across Civil & Commercial Litigation
* You will have first-class communication skills
* Be a commercially astute individual with a flair for business development
