The property department deals with an excellent quality of work. You will often act on high value matters. You will work at the forefront of this successful department, working with the other Partners to drive this forward. You will have autonomy to shape your team, manage a talented team of fee earners and be responsible for the ongoing growth of the practice.
You will deal with a broad residential conveyancing caseload which will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.
This role would be an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a step up to Partnership or an existing Partner that would like the autonomy to develop the firm's already successful practice.
- You will be a Residential Property Partner with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
