The Role

2+ PQE Projects Finance Associate in join Top 50 Bristol Banking and Finance team.

Combining market-leading industry sector insight with the highest level of legal expertise, the Bristol-based Projects leads the market one of the largest and respected teams in the sector.

The team act as trusted advisors for borrowers and lenders on infrastructure transactions, with continued growth within the energy sector in support of wind, solar and renewable energy technology. The team often guides on first of their type projects, being readily regarded as the best at what they do.

With transactions that can exceed £1B, the team supports clients based in the UK and overseas, and works in collaboration with other team to provide a unified service.

Your influential position in the team will be of strategic importance with you working closely with Partners in a manner that allows for you to establish your own reputation for excellence both internally and across the sector.

Owing to the technical nature of the role those more junior will receive your guidance, with your own progression being structured and benchmarked to ensure ongoing promotion and reward.

The Requirements

• 2+ PQE, relevant to the field, ideally with a good working knowledge of LMA standard for documentation as adapted for relevant transactions
• The ability to think creatively in response to problems with a fast-paced dynamic
• Ambition and drive in terms of increasing expertise and career progression
• Confidence in liaising with clients and nurturing existing partnerships
