Contentious Probate Solicitor
My client, a reputable South Essex Legal 500 firm are seeking to appoint a Contentious Probate Solicitor to work in conjunction with respected disputes & private client departments
The successful Contentious Probate Solicitor will ideally have a minimum of 2 years PQE with a wealth of knowledge and experience within the Private Client / Contentious Probate sector. Your responsibilities will include managing a busy contentious caseload of:
* Applications to Delay or Prevent Administration of Estates
* Challenges to a Will
* Claims Under The Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975
* Contested Probate Funding Options
* Disputed Court of Protection Applications
* Powers to Remove Executors
* Recovery and Protection of Assets
* Trust, Estate, Property and Estoppel Claims
The ideal Contentious Probate Solicitor will have a professional qualification such as Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) or will be looking to work towards this.
The salary on offer for this opportunity is negotiable depending on experience with benefits including performance bonus, homeworking and genuine career prospects
