Sacco Mann are working on a flexible opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Senior Fee Earner to join a Law firm on a homeworking basis. The firm have offices across the country, namely in Stockport, Staffordshire & London, but due to their fantastic agile working set up, are able to hire new prospective employees who are based anywhere across the country! The business has grown rapidly over the past few years to become one of the leading providers of legal services to the residential property and remortgage markets across the UK.
The role will involve acting for buyers in connection with their purchase of properties and in any related sales of their existing properties. You would need to be able to deal with the conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
You will also be responsible for supervising administrative support staff and helping with the development of more junior fee earners.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner to take their next step on the career ladder and develop their management experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a fee earner and ideally PQE, but this is not a limit and the firm will consider anyone with the relevant experience based on their own merits.
Remote working: After an initial office-based training period, there will be the opportunity to work from home for the majority of time, with some attendance in the office required a couple of times a month.
