Job Details
An Intellectual Property lawyer is required by a commercially biased law firm with multiple offices across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Our client is continuing to see exciting growth across all disciplines and as part of the strategic plans for the Commercial / Corporate department they have a newly created role for an IP specialist. They wish to recruit a Solicitor or Associate with circa 2-5PQE from a well-regarded provincial private practice with a well-developed knowledge in all areas of IP law.
The successful applicant will be wanting to take a lead on all matters relating to Intellectual Property matters where you will be advising a broad range of commercial clients on legal matters such as:
Licencing agreements
Copyright
Trademarks
Regulatory obligations
He/she would be expected to have a very hands on approach with the firms business clients and will work very closely with Senior Partners in the development and cultivation of these clients in offering a high level of service.
