JOB TITLE:           Construction Solicitor 3 month FTC
PQE REQUIRED:    2+ PQE
LOCATION:           Greater London (West)
SALARY:               £40,000 - £70,000

THE ROLE: An opportunity has arisen within a reputable law firm in London for a Construction & Engineering Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of construction matters on behalf of a range of clients including developers, commercial occupiers, funders and building contractors. The successful Construction Solicitor will be responsible for both contentious and non-contentious matters with a particular focus on contentious related matters.

THE CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR: The successful Construction Solicitor will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience of dealing with a range of contentious and ideally non-contentious construction matters. The successful Construction Solicitor will be well versed in all aspects on construction with a particular focus on contentious files and standard form contracts including JCP, NEC and PPC matters. You must be driven, determined and above all ambitious to succeed in this role and will ideally already be working in a well-recognised national law firm or outstanding regional law firm.

THE FIRM: Our Client are well established and have a number of offices across the London the South East. This leading firm are offering part office and part remote working for this role.
