The Role

Corporate Energy Associate to join Top 50 firm in Bristol

Having been leaders in the Clean Energy Sector for over 20 years, the team is top 10 globally in terms of remit and deal volume, with this being shown by the many respective key industry players that reside in the group.

Advising on all corporate matters that relate clean energy projects, based nationally and also overseas, you will lead on M&A transactions including advising on disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures and co-operation agreements and profit share agreements, with support being offered with Partners on more complex projects that require a team effort.

Owing to the team's performance and involvement, you will be exposed to wind, solar, battery, AD, hydro, WtE and EVCI technologies. The role being unique, you will often draft concepts and agreements that are first of their kind and will set a precedent for the future market.

Under the mentoring of industry leaders, a successful team and the structured development program, you will be applicable to swift progression within the team, being met with continued reward and responsibility.

The Requirements

• 2+ PQE Corporate background
• Previous involvement with Clean Energy transactions
• Mixing technical expertise with real-time considerations
• Commercially driven, as seen in the client relations you foster and maintain.
