A leading Legal 500 law firm in Central Birmingham are looking to expand their Property Litigation team. The firm has an enviable reputation in the market and are looking to expand their Property Litigation team due to an influx of work.

A highly regarded, firm of Solicitors my client is a full service law firm delivering high quality legal advice to individuals, medium to large business.

The firm boasts an excellent work load that includes a broad range of complex disputes, including commercial landlord and tenant issues and development work . An ideal candidate will have a general Civil or Commercial Litigation background and be keen to specialising in dealing with Property Litigation matters/

This role is ideally suited to NQ-4 years PQE candidate from a general Civil or Commercial Litigation Background. You will be required to manage your own caseload, so you will be comfortable developing client relationships. The work will be high level and rewarding and push a driven and ambitious property litigation lawyer to take on some complex work for a varied client based including property investors, occupiers and developers.
