The Role

This top 50 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their growing office in the heart of Manchester.

The Commercial Litigation department is UK wide and have an accolade of awards and leading individuals recognised in the Legal 500. The national litigation team deals with a wide range of disputes affecting both private and public sectors.

This opportunity allows you the chance to have a degree of autonomy by building and running your own caseload and develop relationships with leading clients.

The firm's client base is diverse and includes UK corporates, owner managed businesses, HNW individuals, insurers, education establishments and public bodies.

You will cover a mixed caseload which will make for an interesting role. This will involve contract disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, finance disputes, IP litigation, partnership & shareholder disputes, professional negligence disputes, procurement disputes and property damage claims.

The role offers real progression opportunities by joining a well-established team that will allow you to work on a intricate caseload.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at least 5 years PQE
• Proven experience in a large regional or national practice is preferred
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to handle a high-level caseload
