This cutting edge, progressive firm is in growth mode and looking for ambitious solicitors who want to learn, develop and drive a department forward. They are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join their market-leading department.

The Role:

This progressive firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join their growing West End office.

They currently have just under 90 members of staff and there is no limit to how much they can grow as they are continuing to attract first rate clients through referrals and word of mouth recommendations.

This market leading firm was built on Residential Property and they have developed and grown into a full-service firm with a strong reputation in the market. They have established solid relationships with many leading estate agents, brokers and have an enviable clientele of HNW, UHNW and celebrity clientele.

The bespoke caseload will include many high-value matters and will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 1-3 years PQE
• You will have a strong background including working with HNW clients in London
• You will be a team player with good communication skills
