The Role

5+ PQE Commercial / General Litigation Solicitor to join Somerset regional

The well-established, balanced and expanding Litigation team is the go-to for all matters concerning Contentious Probate, Negligence, Contract and Property litigation, offering a winning service across Bristol and Somerset that's results-driven, quality-focused and bespoke to the needs of individual clients.

Joining at 5+ PQE, you will work in unison with junior and senior solicitors with full secretarial support on a varied caseload.

Working across the firm, you will offer your expertise to colleagues whilst regularly engaging with a diverse client base.

Your input into the firm is of strategic importance; you will work closely with Partners to highlight critical areas of growth and risk for the business.

All of the above put into action will equate to structured and ever-apparent progression, likely to evolve into a leadership position.

The Requirements

• 5+ years PQE in General/Commercial Litigation
• Exposure to employment law as preference
• Engaging with current and future clients to network and develop business
• Aiding those more senior in complex matters
• Liaising with Partners and Leadership internally
