The Role

NQ to 2 PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to join Legal 500 & Chambers ranked team to focus on Property Finance.

Headed up by an influential Partner, the team act for regional, national and international lenders and borrowers on all of their funding requirements, from commercial property funding to large scale corporate refinancing.

In a role focused on Real Estate Finance reporting to banks and financial institutions, you will join on the UK's leading Banking and Finance teams recognised for their work by the Legal 500, Chambers and numerous other measurements to success.

Working on Acquisition & Investment Funding, Refinancing, reports on title and Perfection of security, you will be an expert in all areas of Real Estate Finance.

Looking to welcome a new colleague with a background in Commercial Property, be it involved in finance or not, and keen to specialise.

You will provide continued mentoring from the Partner and senior colleagues in a supportive, driven, team that's keen to share their success.

Development is structured, with you have a clear and realistic trajectory for promotion.
