Your new role
A newly created Legal Counsel role reporting into the General Counsel, expanding the team. You will liaise with stakeholders at all levels to help drive the business forward. The role involves regular negotiation of business-critical agreements, including vendor, customer licensing and service agreements, alongside some corporate governance and occasional corporate structuring work. Working with sales, marketing and technology teams, you will add commercial value across the wider organisation. The business is proud of its high-performance culture and its values, which include curiosity and honesty.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified as a lawyer in the UK or a major common law jurisdiction, with excellent academics and strong training at a reputable law firm. While the ideal experience will be 2-3 PQE as a guide, the business will consider lawyers with more or less relevant experience. A strong corporate, commercial or finance legal background will suit the role. You will be eager to learn with a "can-do" attitude and be excited about being accountable for all legal matters in the future.
