Commercial Property Solicitor, progressive role, good exposure to work


This privately owner property company is now looking to expand further due to a very successful few years, the business has tripled in turnover more recently and is in a fantastic position to really push on in 2021.

In this role you will be dealing with a range of clients, from tenants and local occupiers to huge investments, they are operating with more purchases as opposed to sales at the moment, however this will even out moving forward. You will need to be a UK/NZ/AUS qualified lawyer and have trained in a reputable practice firm. The role is a permanent position and the Managing Director is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and progress with the business. They are a small office and there is plenty of opportunity to really take your career to the next level.

You will need to have experience in Commercial property work as a prerequisite and you will be getting involved in a range of different work, including some litigation (however this is not a requirement for the role).
