Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor to join a public sector organisation based in the North West for a period of 4-5 months. The role will be part-time, around 3 days per week and can be worked all remotely.
The role will mainly consist of providing employment law advice to a number of stakeholders. There may be some tribunal work, however you will be able to instruct Counsel for hearings. Cases could involve an number of matters, such as:
- Discrimination claims and unfair dismissal
- Disciplinary and grievance issues
- Settlement agreements
Local authority experience is desirable but candidates from a private practice background are also encouraged to apply.
