An expanding boutique commercial firm in Manchester is looking to take on a Senior Contentious Insolvency Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE.  

While this role is based at the firm’s Spinningfields office, you will only be required to travel into Manchester for 2 days a week and can work from home for the rest of the time if you wish.  

This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial Solicitor who’s looking to take on extra responsibility, build their profile and elevate their career to the next level. 

Senior Contentious Insolvency Solicitor - Manchester  The company & role 

• A Legal 500 recognised specialist commercial firm with offices in Manchester, Liverpool and Lancashire 

   

  The firm deal with the full spectrum of commercial work and are continuing to expand, even in the current climate 

   

  They work with a range of clients such as SMEs, large corporations, public and private companies and HNW individuals and insurers. 

   

  You will work as part of a down-to-earth team and handle with the full-range of litigious insolvency-related matters including company insolvencies, bankruptcies, compulsory liquidations, director disqualification proceedings and retention of title claims

  Commutable from Manchester, Stockport, Lancashire, Warrington, High Peak and Cheshire

• An Insolvency Solicitor / Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE 

   

  Someone with an enterprising nature who enjoys business development  

   

  May have a client following  

   

  Will have excellent client care and interpersonal skills 

   

• Will have a proven track record and strong technical knowledge
