This is a rare opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join our client’s bespoke firm in the Leicester area. The successful candidate will manage and lead a residential property department, ensuring compliance and excellence in client care.

- Handling CQS and ensuring compliance
- Managing a team
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- Mortgages and re-mortgages
- Shared ownership
- Transfers of equity
- New builds
- Liaising with professional involved in property transactions
- Solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE
- Solid experience in residential property matters is essential
- Previous experience of managing a department/team is highly desirable
- Works well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on your own initiative
- Has good time management skills
