The Role

1+ PQE Real Estate Lawyer to join T1 team within Bristol Top 50 firm

Due to ongoing investment and what continues to be an expanding team, the Partners are keen to engage with a driven Associate in support of corporates, private clients and public sector bodies.

Led by over 20 Partners, the team provide a full range of transactional and advisory real estate services in both commercial and residential property, being involved in the development, energy, banking, transport and leisure sectors, to name a few.

Within the award-winning team, you will manage complex transactions for clients based nationally and overseas, working within or more given sectors whilst expanding your expertise and client base.

The team's output in terms of quality and involvement within major projects is unmatched in Bristol, with the team competing with the City of quality, whilst not restricting the lifestyle of those in the group. The team regulary work on projects with values exceeding £1B.

Development and progression to increased responsibility and salary is structured from the onset and realistic in the pathway. Many of the Partners are homegrown and committed to mentoring, not managing.

The Requirements

• 1+ PQE Real Estate experience
• Prior tenure at Top 200 firm, leading boutique or regionally heavyweight
• Willingness to develop and progress up the career ladder.
• Engagement with present and future clients with the ability to manage, exceed and anticipate evolving needs and expectations.
