Personal Injury Paralegal
A Personal Paralegal is required by a busy Personal Injury Department in a law firm based in Essex.
The Firm
A full service private practice law firm providing legal services to clients throughout the home counties employing a wide range of experienced lawyers across corporate, commercial private client, employment, litigation, personal injury and family law.
The Role
The Personal Injury Paralegal will be responsible for supporting a litigated Personal Injury case load to include Road Traffic Accidents, Occupational Liability and Public Liability through the fast track portal. The successful Personal Injury Paralegal will also run cases under supervision to trial.
The Candidate
Previous experience of managing a claimant personal injury case load
Ability to draft letters
Prepare instructions for Counsel
Salary dependent upon experience.
