Private Client Fee Earner

An experienced Private Client Fee Earner is sought for a well established multi sector law firm based on the Wirral.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Fee Earner looking to take the next step in their career working within a friendly team and with the role offering genuine scope for career development. The offices are located close to excellent motorway links and offer free parking.

You will be either be a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or fee earner with previous Private Client fee earning experience.

Within Wills you will be dealing with a case load encompassing all aspects of probate, will drafting, tax planning and estate administration and including Powers of Attorney. Within Trusts you will be advising on all aspects of trusts, including lifetime, will trusts and elderly client trusts, draft, administration and taxation issues.

The department has legal assistants and support staff to offer support and is committed to the development and career progression of staff.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years plus experience of dealing with Wills, Trusts and Probate work.
