We are looking to attract an experienced Solicitor to join our Commercial Property team in Manchester.

The duties of the role will include a full range of Commercial Property work. The duties of role can involve working closely with the Partner handling acquisitions, land development, sales and purchase for residential/commercial development, option agreements, funding and landlord and tenant maters. The Commercial Property team advise on private, public and third party sectors which includes national and international companies.

We are looking for a technical and business minded candidate who has the ability to work autonomously although supervised by the Partner. In particular we are looking for an individual with a passion for development work, able to handle their own caseload of small-scale developments and work alongside partners on more complex work and high net worth matters. The right person for this role will have an thorough understanding of commercial property work and a passion to develop their career in this field. Hard working with strong interpersonal skills along with confidence when dealing with clients and a passion for business development are vital traits for this role.
