Senior Corporate Solicitor - Uckfield, East Sussex

A leading regional law firm with offices across the South East are looking for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding, Legal 500 ranked corporate/commercial department in Uckfield, East Sussex.

Joining this well regarded Corporate team, you're role will be to handle a broad range of transactional corporate matters on behalf of an impressive client base. This will include M&A, Joint Ventures and Corporate Governance.

In addition, you'll have exposure to broad general commercial contract matters, therefore current/previous experience in commercial work as well as corporate would be highly advantageous. However the caseload split will be 90/10 in the favour of corporate transactional work.

You must be a qualified Corporate Solicitor or Commercial Solicitor likely at Associate or Senior Associate level (6yrs+ PQE) looking to join a market leading team to further progress in your career. You'll be technically strong and client focused and be happy with undertaking business development activities.
