Job Details
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a niche firm in the centre of York on a contract basis to cover a maternity leave.
You'll be joining a dedicate firm who are keen to enhance your skillset to carry a full caseload of Commercial Property matters to include acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases and more. The team handle a broad range of property transactions on behalf of high street and national clients that range widely in value.
Ideally, our client are searching for a Commercial Property Solicitor who has had good exposure to commercial clients in the past and will slot seamlessly into the team to pick up the established caseload of work over a 9 month period.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to involved themselves in a different kind of work and add another string to their bow.
