Job Details
This is a superb opportunity to join a high profile conveyancing team who are exceptionally busy handling development work and have experienced a huge growth spurt in terms of new build instructions.
Joining a small team you should be either an experienced non qualified new build specialist or you will be qualified but at solicitor or associate level only, to complement the balance of the team.
There work is varied form the developers it is mainly purchase side but with some sales.
Working in a busy team you will handle your own caseload of conveyancing matters. This will be mixed to cover an array of transactions including: sale and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties; new builds; shared ownership; transfer of equity, among others.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Salisbury area.
