PROPERTY SOLICITOR required to join small but busy firm in Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria on the doorstep of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.

We are a growing firm with a strong local client base. Our excellent reputation locally has led in recent years to a wider and more national client base largely through recommendations from satisfied clients. We pride ourselves on our friendly but professional service and we are able to offer this by nurturing a positive, family atmosphere within our team.

The caseload would be mainly residential conveyancing but a willingness/ability to cover another area e.g. commercial or agricultural property or family matters would be welcome. We are not a conveyancing factory and we prioritise service over turnover.

2 years PQE+ and a sense of humour preferred! There is also potential for the role to be or to lead to a partnership position for a person with that ambition. Salary is dependent on experience but will be competitive.
