Job Details
Friendly solicitors firm based on the beautiful North Yorkshire coast have an opening to take on an experienced civil litigation solicitor/executive. This is a full time, permanent position for candidates with at least 3 years PQE able to take over and run an existing caseload. Caseload is a mixed bag of general civil litigation, personal injury and contentious probate. Experience/skills:
" A comprehensive understanding and application of the Civil Procedure Rules;
" A competent understanding of personal injury law, claims processes and experience of using the personal injury portal;
" Advocacy in the County Court;
" Computer literate ideally with experience of using case management software; and
" Knowledge of TOLATA claims would be advantageous
