A law firm in Oxford has a new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal on a full-time basis.
 
The Firm
An established firm with over 100 employees enjoying excellent coverage across the South of the UK and providing a comprehensive legal service to clients across legal disciplines and market sectors. The firm has a strong property department with many lawyers noted by the legal directories.
 
The Role
The successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal will assist a residential conveyancing solicitor with the day-to-day running of their caseload as well as running some files independently. The work will involve freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases, right to buy, equity release, shared equity, shared ownerships, new build properties including town houses and flats.
 
The Candidate
Previous residential conveyancing paralegal experience gained in private practice  is essential, a minimum 6 months  candidates without this will not be considered. successful candidates will have the ability to work as part of a team, together with excellent communication and organisational skills.
 
Salary dependent upon experience
