*RETRAIN* If you're a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who would be keen to make the move into a Commercial Property team, we want to hear from you.
At Sacco Mann, we're working closely with a highly reputable regional firm, in Bolton, as they expand their Commercial Property offering by welcoming a new solicitor into the team. Although the firm advertise themselves as a regional firm, they provide services for their clients across the entirety of the UK. The firm offer exceptional legal services and have continued to grow organically over the years which has led to them searching for Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who is keen to develop their Commercial Property skillset.
The firm are ideally looking for a Solicitor with between one and three years of experience from a Property background who is keen to develop themselves as a Commercial Property Solicitor. In the future, you can expect to be running a full caseload of Commercial Property matters, including but not limited to acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant, commercial finance, and development work.
