Regulatory Lawyer - 1-5 PQE

Due to exponential growth this top tier firm are looking for a 1+ PQE Regulatory Solicitor to join their Bristol branch. This opportunity would suit someone with experience in at least one area of regulation that wants to continue to develop their technical skill set in this area of law.

You will work on an array of regulatory areas with well known national clients of developers, care homes, construction, retailers, housing associations, investment companies and waste operators within the following areas:

• Health & Safety
• Environmental
• Product Safety
• Healthcare
• Contentious Data

This really is a varied role that you can get stuck into contentious defence matters, non-contentious advisory and transactional work as well as internal investigations.

This is suited to a solicitor that perhaps doesn't have the opportunity to specialise within their preferred area of good quality regulatory work or doesn't have a clear path for progression. This opportunity can offer further training, access to a top portfolio of clients and client relationship building activities, strong progression within a flexible working environment.
